Business Development Manager

SSC Al Suwaidi | Dammam, Eastern Province, KSASSC is growing its accommodation and catering business. We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to win new contracts and grow our client base across the Kingdom.The RoleYou will lead growth for our accommodation and catering service lines. That means finding opportunities, building the pipeline, leading tenders and closing long-term contracts with clients in oil & gas, construction, industrial, government and giga-project sectors.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the growth strategy for staff accommodation, camp management and contract catering
• Find and pursue new clients, projects and tenders, and manage the pipeline in CRM
• Lead proposals, bids and commercial negotiations, including per-man-day and occupancy-based pricing
• Track market, competitor and pricing trends to sharpen our offer
• Build strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors and partners
• Work with operations, estimation and finance on pricing and on handing over new contracts smoothly
• Report on pipeline, win rates and revenue against targetsWhat We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA an advantage)
• 8+ years in business development or commercial roles, including management experience, ideally in contract catering, workforce accommodation, hospitality or facilities management
• A strong network among Saudi industrial, construction and project clients
• A proven record in tenders, proposal writing and contract negotiation
• Strong commercial sense, relationship-building and communication skills
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
