Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – HR SolutionsWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead business growth and B2B sales across the company’s portfolio of human resources solutions.The role requires a commercially driven professional with extensive experience in client acquisition, corporate sales, contract negotiation, and business development within the human resources services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.Lead client acquisition activities and expand the corporate client portfolio.Promote and sell executive search, recruitment, workforce outsourcing, background verification, and digital HR solutions.Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and sales closing.Oversee the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance reports.Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams throughout the commercial cycle.Manage contract renewals, account expansion, and initial collections.Lead and support the Business Development team in achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 9 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or commercial management.Proven managerial-level experience in business development or sales.Direct experience within HR services, recruitment, staffing, or workforce outsourcing is required.Strong experience in client acquisition, commercial proposals, pricing, contract negotiation, and closing.Experience managing sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and CRM systems.Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Good command of Arabic and English.Preferred:Experience selling executive search, background verification, or HR SaaS solutions.Established corporate network within the Saudi market.
