The ideal candidate should have strong UAE market knowledge and hands-on experience in field sales and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Maintain regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.Coordinate with operations and other teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Requirements4+ years of sales experience in the UAE.Experience in logistics, courier, delivery, or related industries is preferred.Strong field sales and business development experience.Good knowledge of the UAE market and client network.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
