Location: Dubai, UAEWork Model: OnsiteIndustry: Retail FX/CFD | Online BrokerageLanguages: Arabic & EnglishAbout the Opportunity:FinTop Consulting has partnered with a leading Retail FX/CFD brokerage to identify an experienced Business Development Manager to support its growth across the Arabic-speaking market.We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong knowledge of the Retail Forex/CFD industry, an established network, and proven experience in developing new business and building long-term client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry connections.Develop and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.Identify and convert new commercial opportunities across the MENA market.Manage and grow existing business relationships.Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

3+ years of BDM/Sales experience, preferably within FX, CFD, FinTech, or Financial Services.Strong network and market knowledge across MENA.Good understanding of financial markets and trading products.Fluent in Arabic and English.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
