Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies;
• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners;
• Explore new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives both locally and internationally;
• Lead commercial negotiations and contribute to the establishment of strategic partnerships;
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities;
• Collaborate closely with senior management to achieve the company's growth objectives;
• In the longer term, build and lead a dedicated sales team.Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development;
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on achieving results;
• Professional working proficiency in English;
• Experience within logistics, courier services, transportation, or e-commerce will be considered a strong advantage;
