Business Development Manager

MAIN DUITESDevelop and implement the overall merchant development strategy to expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem.Design partnership frameworks that align with business goals and deliver win–win value for both customer and the company.Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts, and oversee post-deal implementation to ensure long-term collaboration and profitability.Lead and manage development team: set KPIs, monitor results, and drive performance excellence.Collaborate cross-functionally to develop innovative partnership programs and co-marketing campaigns.Collect customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information to support business growth and product improvement.Analyse merchant performance, market trends, and emerging technologies to propose strategic initiatives for expansion.Represent the company in external events, business forums, and industry conferences to enhance brand reputation and partnership opportunities.Report sales performance and market insights to CEO/BOD.REQUIRED · Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.At least 03 years of experience in Business Development, Sales roles in B2B, B2B technology or SaaS (Software as a Service) sector, or a similar role, preferably in the.
