The ideal candidate is a strong team player with experience in the home furnishings or furniture industry, capable of developing new business in the high-end residential market.Key Responsibilities1. Develop the high-end residential (B2C) market in Riyadh by proactively identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and building lasting relationships.2. Handle business inquiries, coordinate samples and quotations, communicate client requirements, and support commercial negotiations and contract coordination.3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local industry developments, and prepare regular business development reports.4. Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.5. Collaborate with the team to achieve business development targets and maintain accurate records of client follow-ups and progress.Requirements1. Experience in custom cabinetry, kitchens, or whole-home customization is preferred.2. Strong business communication skills, with the ability and initiative to independently identify and acquire new clients.3. Proficiency in both Arabic and English for professional communication.4. A target-driven mindset, resilience under pressure, and strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.5. A professional attitude, strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and attention to detail. Willingness to travel for client visits and attend trade shows.6.
