قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe are looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven Business Development Co-Ordinator (BDM) to play a key role in generating new business and creating opportunities for our Investment Brokers.The primary responsibility of the role is simple: generate qualified opportunities and book high-quality meetings for the Broker team.This is not purely an administrative Co-Ordinator position. It is a proactive sales and business development role requiring someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable prospecting, commercially minded and motivated by targets.You will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, sourcing new prospective investors, generating leads, developing new business channels and converting conversations into qualified appointments.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & New BusinessProactively source and identify new potential clients and investors.Generate new leads through outbound calling, prospecting, networking, referrals and other business development activities.Research new markets, companies, industries and client demographics that could provide potential investment clients.Develop new ways of generating business rather than relying solely on company-provided leads.Build and maintain your own pipeline of prospective clients.Re-engage historic leads and previously interested clients.Generate referrals and introductions from existing prospects and clients.Continuously look for opportunities to increase the volume and quality of leads entering the sales pipeline.Booking Qualified MeetingsContact new enquiries quickly and professionally.Conduct initial qualification calls to understand the client's circumstances, investment objectives, available capital and timeframe.Educate prospective clients on Baron & Cabot, our service and the value of attending an investment consultation.Position the assigned Broker as the expert who can help the client develop their investment strategy.Create sufficient interest, value and urgency to secure a meeting.Book qualified clients into Strategy Meetings / Investment Consultations with Brokers.Ensure meetings are booked with prospects who have a genuine interest and realistic ability to invest.Follow up consistently with prospects who are not immediately ready to book.Confirm upcoming appointments and actively work to maximise meeting attendance rates.Pipeline & Client ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, conversations, follow-ups and appointments within the CRM.Manage leads effectively from initial enquiry through to booked consultation.Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline so that opportunities are not lost.Follow up missed appointments and work to rebook clients quickly.Work closely with Brokers to understand the quality and outcome of meetings being generated.Use Broker feedback to continuously improve qualification and appointment quality.Career Progression – Pathway to Investment BrokerAt Baron & Cabot, we see the Business Development Co-Ordinator (BDM) role as a potential pathway into becoming an Investment Broker, rather than simply an appointment-setting position.For ambitious individuals who demonstrate strong performance, consistency and the right attitude, there will be an opportunity to begin training towards an Investment Broker position within as little as 3 months.
