Our SaaS portfolio — VerifiX, ComplianceX, and NEXUS — serves regulated enterprises across fintech, crypto, financial services, and digital assets throughout the UAE, GCC, and beyond.About the RoleWe're looking for a Dubai-based Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the UAE and GCC. This is a strategic, relationship-led role focused on developing executive relationships, building partner ecosystems, and closing high-value enterprise and VASP accounts.Key Responsibilities• Drive enterprise business development for VerifiX, ComplianceX, and NEXUS. • Build relationships with founders, compliance leaders, and C-level executives. • Develop strategic partnerships across the fintech and crypto ecosystem. • Represent ITSEC at industry events, regulator forums, and client meetings. • Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close. • Maintain CRM pipeline and collaborate with technical and compliance teams.We're Looking For• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience, ideally in the UAE/GCC. • Proven success closing enterprise deals. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Experience in cybersecurity, RegTech, fintech, compliance, or crypto is highly preferred. • Willing to work on-site in Dubai and travel across the GCC.What We Offer• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission. • Performance bonuses and incentives. • Career growth in a fast-scaling cybersecurity and compliance company. • Ongoing training and professional development.
