Business Development Manager – Contract Logistics and Warehousing

Job Purpose: To drive business growth by securing new opportunities in contract logistics and warehousing across KSA, while building strong customer relationships and supporting company revenue and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business for warehousing and logistics solutions across KSA, focusing on the Central Region. Identify and secure new warehousing opportunities Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and market mapping Develop tailored logistics and warehousing solutions aligned with customer requirements Collaborate with operations, commercial, and solution design teams to develop competitive proposals and pricing Lead commercial negotiations and support contract closure Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and business growth Achieve sales, revenue, and GP targets aligned with company objectives Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or related fieldMBA or professional certifications in Supply Chain/Logistics is a plus Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development or sales within logistics/warehousing3–5 years of experience in contract logistics and warehousing solutions Skills: Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, fulfillment, transportation integration, and supply chain solutionsExperience in RFQs/RFPs, tenders, pricing, and contract negotiationsStrong understanding of the KSA logistics marketExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsSaudi National preferredArabic & English fluency is mandatory We are looking forward to welcoming you!
