About AmareAmare is a Dubai-based short-term rental / holiday-homes management company. We turn owners' properties into five-star, fully managed, higher-earning homes — owners stay hands-off, we handle everything. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on sales closer to bring new owners on board.The roleThis is a hunting role, not a desk job. You'll own owner acquisition end to end — finding property owners and investors, pitching Amare's management proposition, and closing signed management agreements. You'll live in the market: on the phone, on LinkedIn, at viewings, and in front of owners. If you love the chase, the pitch, and the close — and want uncapped commission on everything you sign — this is for you.What you'll own • Build and work your own pipeline of owners and investors from scratch — outbound calls, LinkedIn, referrals, broker/developer networks, your own contacts • Run the full sales cycle yourself: prospect → qualify → viewing → pitch → negotiate → close • Personally meet owners and view properties across Dubai — a field role, not a call centre • Present Amare's offer and earning projections convincingly, and handle objections • Negotiate and close management agreements, then hand over smoothly to operations • Hit and beat monthly targets for signed units • Keep your pipeline updated in our CRM and feed back what owners wantWhat we're looking for • 3+ years in hands-on sales — ideally Dubai real estate, holiday homes / short-term rental, property, or brokerage • A true hunter: comfortable with cold outreach, monthly targets, and a commission-driven package • A track record of hitting targets; ideally an existing network of Dubai landlords/investors • Confident, persuasive communicator who can sit across from an owner and close • UAE-based with a valid/transferable visa; UAE driving license (you'll be out at viewings) • Self-starter who needs no hand-holding to fill a pipelineNice to have: RERA/brokerage background and a live owner network · Arabic/Russian · DTCM/holiday-homes and short-term rental know-howWhat we offer • Competitive base + uncapped commission on every unit you sign — top performers earn very well • A product owners actually want: higher returns, zero hassle • Direct founder access, fast decisions, no bureaucracy • A clear path to build and lead the sales function as we scale • Tax-free salary, medical insurance, employment visa
