Business Development Manager – Environmental Monitoring & Instrumentation

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the UAE and GCC for environmental monitoring, emissions monitoring, analytical instrumentation, and industrial compliance solutions.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and leading the complete sales cycle from prospecting through project award.Applications will only be considered from candidates with direct experience in Environmental Monitoring, CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems), AAQMS (Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Systems), Process Analyzers, Gas Detection, Industrial Analyzers, or Industrial Instrumentation solutions.Mandatory RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Environmental, Instrumentation, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.Minimum 8 years of UAE/GCC experience in technical sales or business development.Minimum 5 years of direct experience selling Environmental Monitoring Systems, CEMS, AAQMS, Process Analyzers, Gas Detection Systems, Industrial Analyzers, or Industrial Instrumentation solutions.Proven experience managing project sales involving Government Authorities, Environmental Agencies, Utilities, EPC Contractors, Industrial Plants, or Oil & Gas clients.Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Systems (AAQMS)Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS)Stack Emissions MonitoringProcess Gas AnalyzersGas Detection SystemsEnvironmental Monitoring NetworksIndustrial Analytical InstrumentationDemonstrated experience preparing technical proposals, tender submissions, compliance documentation, technical-commercial bids, and project specifications.Existing network within UAE Government Authorities, Utilities, EPC Contractors, Environmental Consultants, Industrial Operators, or Oil & Gas companies.Ability to interpret technical specifications, environmental regulations, monitoring standards, and compliance requirements.Valid UAE Driving Licence.Fluent Arabic communication skills.Highly PreferredExperience working for manufacturers, distributors, or system integrators of environmental monitoring or industrial instrumentation solutions.Experience with regulatory and compliance-driven environmental projects.Arabic language skills.Important NoteCandidates from IT, Software, Telecom, Recruitment, Advertising, Digital Services, General Trading, Facility Management, Waste Collection Services, or unrelated B2B sales backgrounds will not be considered unless they possess direct experience in Environmental Monitoring, CEMS, AAQMS, Process Analyzers, Gas Detection, Industrial Analyzers, or Industrial Instrumentation solutions.#BusinessDevelopmentManager #TechnicalSales #Instrumentation #IndustrialInstrumentation #EnvironmentalMonitoring #AirQualityMonitoring #CEMS #ProcessAnalyzers #GasDetection #AnalyticalInstruments #EngineeringSales #OilAndGasJobs #Utilities #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs
