Business Development Manager (F&B)

A. SUMMARYThe Business Development Manager is responsible for expansion, strategic partnerships, new revenue streams, franchise development, market intelligence, and supporting strategic investment and M&A initiatives. B. TASKGrowth Strategy-      Develop and execute the Group's business development strategy.-      Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities.-      Prepare business cases and feasibility studies.Strategic Partnerships-      Develop partnerships with hotels, airlines, travel companies, OTAs, corporate clients and digital platforms.-      Negotiate commercial agreements that generate incremental revenue.New Business Development-      Develop new concepts including catering, retail products, kiosks, licensing and other revenue channels.-      Evaluate ROI and commercial viability.Franchise Development-      Support franchise strategy, documentation, recruitment and partner evaluation.Market Intelligence-      Monitor competitors, consumer trends and tourism trends.-      Recommend strategic actions to strengthen Me In Group's competitive position.Cross-functional Leadership-      Work closely with Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR to execute growth initiatives.C.
