BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR SMART SENSING TECHNOLOGIES (BERLIN / GERMANY)

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our new business unit for AI based Sensor and Robotics Technologies.The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engagewith business partners to build new business for the company. Thiscandidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. Theyshould be able to think critically when making plans and have ademonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.TasksDeveloping a business development strategy focused on financial gainConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsIdentify partnership opportunitiesArranging business development meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company’s advanced products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesDevelop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expandBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersMaintain existing businessThink critically when planning to assure project successRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering (+MBA preferred)3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-orientedExperience in autonomous systems, AI, electric vehicles, logistics or supply chain for food industry is a plusExperience in customer support is a plusProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareProficiency in EnglishMarket knowledgeCommunication and negotiation skillsTime management and planning skills
