Luxarabia Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager - Holiday Homes to lead the growth and expansion of our holiday homes portfolio in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new properties, building relationships with property owners and investors, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the short-term rental market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's holiday homes portfolio across DubaiIdentify and acquire new properties for short-term rental and holiday home managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, real estate investors, and strategic partnersGenerate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreachNegotiate management agreements, commission structures, and commercial terms with property ownersConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify profitable locations and investment opportunitiesCollaborate with operations, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure smooth property onboarding and service deliveryMonitor portfolio performance, occupancy rates, rental yields, and revenue growthDevelop strategies to improve property performance, owner retention, and client satisfactionEnsure compliance with relevant Dubai tourism regulations, holiday home licensing requirements, and applicable local lawsPrepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for managementAchieve agreed business development targets for property acquisitions, portfolio growth, and revenue generationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferredMinimum 2-4 years of experience in business development in holiday homesProven track record of acquiring properties and building a strong portfolio of property owners or investorsStrong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and holiday homes industryBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunity to lead and grow a holiday homes portfolio in DubaiProfessional growth within an established real estate environmentCollaborative team and supportive management
