Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleGolden Key Real Estate is looking for an experienced Holiday Homes Property Acquisition Manager to expand our Holiday Homes portfolio across Dubai.You will be responsible for identifying property owners, generating new business, presenting our management services, and signing Property Management Agreements.Please apply only if you have UAE experience in Holiday Homes Property Acquisition or Property Management.

Applications from Real Estate Sales Agents or Off-Plan Agents without Holiday Homes experience will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire apartments and villas for our Holiday Homes portfolio.Generate leads through brokers, landlords, investors, referrals, and networking.Meet property owners and present our Holiday Homes management services.Negotiate and close Property Management Agreements.Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.Achieve monthly acquisition targets.Work closely with Operations and Marketing to onboard new properties.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of UAE Holiday Homes Property Acquisition or Property Management experience.Proven track record of signing Property Management Agreements.Strong knowledge of Dubai's Holiday Homes market.Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.CRM experience.Fluent in English.UAE Driving Licence is preferred.What We OfferCompetitive SalaryAttractive Commission StructureCareer Growth OpportunitiesMarketing SupportProfessional Working EnvironmentHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn with your updated CV.
