We are currently on an aggressive expansion path across Southeast Asia. With a robust pipeline and our first major regional flagship launching in just two months, we are the talk of the town.We don't want a standard networker. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to capture this momentum, align our core values with regional markets, and channel the massive demand from property owners and institutional investors.The Mandate (What You’ll Do) Drive Regional Growth: Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate accounts across the SEA region. Own the Room: Confidently lead high-stakes conversations and build genuine, long-term relationships with hoteliers, property owners, and institutional investors. Strategize & Execute: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to design data-backed commercial growth strategies. Manage the Pipeline: Utilize CRM systems and market research to qualify leads, prepare compelling proposals, and track performance metrics. Collaborate: Work closely with operations, marketing, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless brand integration and project delivery.RequirementsYour DNA (Who You Are) The Inside Edge: You understand hotel operations from the inside out and know what makes a property successful. Executive Presence: You have the confidence and negotiation skills to sit at the table with key stakeholders and close deals. Bilingual Communicator: You possess strong proficiency in both Mandarin and English to bridge communications seamlessly across our global and regional ecosystem. Driven & Adaptable: You might not check every single traditional box, but you have the hunger, adaptability, and vision to grow into this mandate and build a serious career out of it. The Essentials: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Hospitality, or similar), solid CRM/tech skills, and the flexibility to travel from our Kuala Lumpur hub as needed.
