Role OverviewBusiness Development Manager – IT Staffing
Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience: 6–8 YearsIndustry: IT Staffing / Staff AugmentationWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Saudi market through IT staffing, staff augmentation, and recruitment solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients across enterprise, government, BFSI, telecom, and technology sectors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, HR, Procurement, and Technology decision-makers.Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations to contract closure.Promote IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO, and workforce solutions.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and client portfolio in Riyadh/KSA.Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams for timely fulfilment.Prepare RFPs, RFQs, proposals, commercial offers, and presentations.Achieve agreed revenue, sales, and new-client acquisition targets.Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging staffing opportunities.Requirements6–8 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within IT Staffing, Recruitment, Staff Augmentation, or IT Services.Strong Saudi/KSA market experience with an established client network.Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation.Strong understanding of contract staffing and IT recruitment solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.Experience working with enterprise and government clients is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.About DautomDautom is a globally recognized IT consulting and technology services organization committed to enabling digital transformation through innovation, expertise, and a people-centric approach.We partner with leading organizations across industries to accelerate business growth by delivering exceptional talent, strategic IT consulting services, and innovative technology solutions.
