Business Development Manager – Italian MarketDigital Growth & Social MediaLocation: Hammersmith, LondonSalary: Competitive salary dependent on experience, with a strong performance-related bonus structure.Essential Language RequirementsFull professional fluency in spoken and written Italian is essential.Applicants must be able to communicate confidently with Italian-speaking customers and create content for the Italian market.Conversational English is required for internal communication (perfect or fluent English is not essential).The OpportunityInserta and Klicco are entering an exciting phase of international growth.Inserta has successfully established itself within the UK dental implant market and is now expanding rapidly across Italy.Alongside our clinical education and implant solutions, we help dental practices grow through improved patient communication, digital marketing and business development strategies.We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development professional who can help us accelerate this growth.This is a sales and business development role—not a traditional marketing position.The RoleYou will become a key representative for Inserta and Klicco within the Italian dental market.You will help showcase the expertise, knowledge and services of both companies through video, social media and digital communication. As one of the public representatives of the business, you will confidently present on camera, creating engaging content that builds trust, credibility and awareness amongst Italian dental professionals.The purpose of this content is simple: to generate commercial opportunities and support business growth.Alongside this, you will proactively develop new business by speaking directly with prospective customers, building relationships, promoting our educational programmes and introducing our wider commercial services.This role combines modern digital communication with proactive business development—creating interest through video and social media whilst also engaging directly with customers through telephone conversations, relationship building and follow-up activity that converts opportunities into sales.ResponsibilitiesProactively contact dental practices and create new business opportunities.Build relationships with dentists and clinic owners throughout Italy.Speak directly with prospective customers to understand their business needs.Promote educational courses and increase attendance.Follow up enquiries and convert interest into commercial opportunities.Represent Inserta and Klicco across the Italian market.Confidently present on camera to promote the company's products, educational courses, services and expertise.Record engaging video content for social media and digital platforms to educate, inform and build relationships with prospective customers.Showcase the knowledge, expertise and values of both businesses through digital communication.Introduce Klicco's business growth and marketing services to dental practices.Manage opportunities from initial contact through to commercial success.Support the continued expansion of Inserta and Klicco across Italy.The PersonWe are looking for someone who combines strong business development skills with confidence, personality and excellent communication.EssentialFull professional fluency in Italian.Previous sales or business development experience.Confident creating new business opportunities over the telephone.Enjoys building relationships and speaking with customers.Comfortable presenting on camera and recording engaging video content.Happy to become one of the public representatives of the business across social media.A natural, engaging and confident communicator both in person and on camera.Professional, personable and credible.Entrepreneurial, proactive and commercially driven.Target-driven and motivated by achieving commercial results.You do not need to be a technical marketing specialist.We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is comfortable being visible on camera, can build trust and credibility, and has the commercial drive to turn conversations into long-term business relationships.Using your personality and communication skills, you will help build the profile of Inserta and Klicco through engaging digital content whilst also proactively generating new business through business development activity, customer conversations and relationship building.This is a unique opportunity to become one of the faces of a growing international business, combining business development, digital communication and sales in a genuinely varied and exciting commercial role.
