We arelooking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenuegrowth for our fit-out and joinery division.Job SummaryThe BDM will be responsible for generating new business, managing a strong client portfolio,and driving deal closures within the fit-out and joinery sector, while consistently meeting salestargets.Key Responsibilities● Drive new business development initiatives to generate leads and expand market share.● Develop, manage, and grow a robust portfolio of clients across the UAE.● Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.● Own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to proposaldevelopment, negotiation, and deal closure.● Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high client retention.● Collaborate closely with design, projects, and operations teams to align proposals withclient requirements.● Prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts.● Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and industryengagements.Requirements● 4–5 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE, preferably in fit-out,interior joinery, or construction/interiors.● Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and close high-valuedeals.● Existing client network within the UAE fit-out/interiors market strongly preferred.Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM) ● Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.● Strong client management and interpersonal skills.What We Offer● Salary package: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month + attractive commission structure● Opportunity to work in a reputed and growing group● Exposure to high-value fit-out and joinery projects● Open to candidates of all nationalities
