WhizzHR is hiring Experience Center Manager – Kitchens & Wardrobes in DubaiExperience Center Manager – Kitchens & WardrobesWe are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and customer-focused Experience Center Manager to lead our Kitchen & Wardrobe Experience Centre.This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage the complete customer journey—from design consultation to project handover—while driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide design consultations.- Prepare kitchen and wardrobe layouts, 3D designs, and presentations.- Develop quotations, negotiate, and successfully close sales.- Coordinate with production, factory, procurement, installation, and accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.- Monitor projects from order confirmation through installation, handover, and payment collection.- Manage and maintain the experience centre, ensuring displays are updated and presented professionally.- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, social media, architects, consultants, and business networking.- Build long-term relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and developers.Requirements- Minimum 5 years experience in kitchens, wardrobes, closets, customized furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out.- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.- Strong hands-on experience with kitchen design software, 3D rendering, and visualization tools.- Excellent knowledge of kitchen hardware, storage solutions, accessories, materials, finishes, and worktops.- Proven ability to understand client requirements, create functional designs, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.- Experience coordinating with factory, production, installation, and accounts teams.- Ability to manage showroom operations, branding, social media initiatives, and lead generation activities.- Excellent communication, customer service, and business development skills.- Existing network within the interiors or construction industry will be an added advantage.- Immediate joiners will be preferred.Salary & Benefits- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.- Additional incentives and benefits will be discussed during the interview.Send your Resume at Hello@WhizzHR.com
