Our client, a globally recognized Am Law firm renowned for its sophisticated litigation practice and representation of Fortune 500 companies, is seeking a Manager of Business Development (Litigation) to support a leading litigation practice and its attorneys.This is a highly visible opportunity to partner directly with practice group leadership and senior litigators to drive strategic business development, client growth, cross-selling, market intelligence, and profile-raising initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead strategic business development initiatives for the Litigation practiceDrive pitches, proposals, RFPs, client targeting, and cross-selling opportunitiesLeverage market and competitive intelligence to identify business opportunities and inform strategySupport events, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, rankings, publications, and media initiativesAdvise attorneys on business development and client development strategiesManage BD projects, budgets, experience databases, and reportingQualifications:5+ years of progressive business development experienceLaw firm or professional services experience strongly preferredStrong background supporting litigation practices, attorneys, pitches/RFPs, and client developmentExcellent writing, communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
