Location: Dubai, UAESector: Luxury Kitchens | Interiors | Joinery | Fit-OutEmployment: Full-TimeRIG Recruitment is working with a well-established Dubai-based luxury interiors business looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new B2B opportunities across the UAE.This is a commercially focused position for someone with a strong network across the interiors, kitchens, joinery, fit-out, construction or building-products market and a proven ability to develop relationships and convert opportunities into revenue.The RoleYou will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a particular focus on building relationships with:Property DevelopersInterior Design CompaniesDesign & Build ContractorsFit-Out ContractorsArchitects & ConsultantsHospitality and Commercial ClientsYou will proactively generate leads, arrange client meetings, identify upcoming projects and manage opportunities through from initial introduction to proposal and commercial close.What We're Looking ForWe are particularly interested in candidates who have:Proven B2B business development or sales experience in the UAEExperience within luxury kitchens, interiors, joinery, fit-out, building materials or a closely related sectorAn established network within Dubai/UAE developers, contractors, designers or consultantsA strong track record of winning new business and developing key accountsExcellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skillsGood knowledge of the UAE construction and interiors marketA proactive, target-driven approach to business developmentExperience selling premium or technically specified interior products and solutions would be particularly advantageous.The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established business with a strong presence in Dubai and play a key role in developing its B2B client base and project pipeline.A competitive salary and performance-related package will be offered depending on experience.
