Our customers include State Health Services, public and private hospitals, and aged care providers.We are currently in an exciting growth phase and are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to help drive our continued expansion.About the RoleReporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening our market presence. You bring:· A degree (or working towards) in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Commerce, International Business, or a healthcare discipline (e.g. Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Nursing)· 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (healthcare or aged care experience is advantageous but not essential)· Strong territory and account management experience· A proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills· Confidence in negotiating and closing sales· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset· Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail· The ability to work both independently and collaboratively· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)· A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicleIn lieu of sales experience, candidates with a strong clinical background and deep understanding of hospital or aged care environments are highly encouraged to apply.If you’re looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking team and work with innovative products that make a real impact across the globe, please apply.
