Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas (Jubail)We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on winning new clients, growing revenue in the Oil & Gas sector, and building long-term commercial relationships.We are particularly interested in candidates currently based in Europe who are willing to relocate to Jubail. All applications will be reviewed against the experience requirements.Key responsibilitiesManage and participate in winning new client companies through discussions, presentations and negotiationsDevelop business in the GCC market by securing client companies and related business to meet revenue and Internal Rate of Return targetsSource business contacts, including contacts referred by Joint Venture partners, and build relationships with potential clientsLead negotiations on commercial and contractual issuesDevelop a marketing and sales strategy for medium- to long-term growthEstablish and manage business plans, including sales targets and marketing projectionsDevelop and implement long-term strategic plans with management to meet growth plans, including diversification through strategic alliancesIdentify business opportunities, leverage relationships, and structure new businesses to maximise their contribution to the companySet up and maintain agreements to a high quality standard and to the client’s satisfactionMaintain a high standard of service and support continual improvement of business processesRequirementsMinimum 15 years of relevant experience, including several years in a sales position in a similar companyStrong background in Oil & GasPrevious GCC or Middle East experience is a plusProven ability to win new business and manage client relationshipsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsWillingness to relocate to Jubail, Saudi ArabiaCandidates currently based in Europe are preferredWhat we offerAttractive tax-free salary: 50,000–60,000 SAR per month (negotiable)Benefits providedOpportunity to work in a key Oil & Gas industrial location
