Employment Type: Part-TimeExperience Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWork Arrangement: HybridEligibility: Applicants must currently be based in the UAEAreas of ImpactFor business development, identify growth opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients or partners, and guide discussions through proposals and follow-up.For operations management, coordinate workflows, monitor performance and resource needs, and lead practical improvements across day-to-day activity.For education programme management, plan programme schedules, coordinate educators and learners, track delivery, and use feedback to improve the learning experience.Across the role, set clear priorities, keep stakeholders informed, and follow agreed actions through to completion.

The position can focus on one track; experience across all three is not required.Your BackgroundExperience in business development, operations, or education programme delivery is preferred. Planning, communication, and stakeholder management are important. Management responsibilities will reflect your relevant experience, with education candidates bringing familiarity with programme schedules, learning teams, or academic operations.
