Business Development Manager – Patents & Trademarks

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Intellectual Property services, with a focus on patents and trademarks.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for patent and trademark services.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, startups, law firms, and IP agents.Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.Advise clients on IP protection strategies and filing procedures.Coordinate with internal teams and international IP associates for smooth execution.Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and submit timely MIS reports.Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of business development experience, preferably in Intellectual Property or professional services.Strong understanding of patent and trademark processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.LOCATION : WORK FROM HOMEFull-time role supporting a UAE office
