This is a senior, target-carrying role: you'll own the full sales cycle for new business, build a strategic pipeline of clients and partners, and shape how we position and grow our service offering across markets. You will be selling services — not a physical product — so this role calls for strategic, consultative selling rather than transactional pitching.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the end-to-end business development strategy, from lead generation to deal closureIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare organisationsBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasting accurately against revenue targetsLead contract negotiations and structure commercial agreements that align with company goalsRepresent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build market presenceWork closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategy and identify priority markets and segmentsMonitor competitor activity, regulatory shifts, and market trends to keep the company's positioning sharpReport regularly on pipeline health, revenue performance, and market insightsRequirements5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare services industryStrong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and market access environments, including familiarity with regulatory bodies such as the MHRA and healthcare/procurement frameworks such as the NHS, as well as Dubai regulatory authorities (e.g., MOHAP, DHA, DOH) and regional distribution and commercialisation modelsDemonstrated success navigating multi-market, cross-border sales — building trust and closing deals with stakeholders operating under different regulatory and commercial systemsA track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targetsProven experience selling services or solutions (rather than physical products), with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear client valueStrong commercial acumen, with experience structuring and negotiating high-value contractsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinker who can also execute hands-on in a fast-moving environmentWillingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry eventsAt SIBIe LTD, we are committed to creating a dynamic, innovative workplace where every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact.
