We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Residential Fit-OutLocation: Dubai, UAEWe are looking for a well-connected and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record of securing premium residential fit-out projects in the UAE.The ideal candidate will bring an established UAE client and referral network and demonstrated success in winning apartment, villa, and luxury-home projects. GCC market exposure and network will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Generate and secure new residential fit-out projects across the UAELeverage an existing network of property owners, brokers, developers, consultants, community management teams, and key decision-makersIdentify upcoming apartment, villa, renovation, and luxury residential opportunitiesManage the full business development cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, and project closureBuild long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referralsMaintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targetsCoordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to develop competitive proposalsRequirements:3–8 years of UAE experience in residential interiors, fit-out sales, or business developmentProven project wins are essential – candidates should be able to demonstrate residential fit-out projects they have personally securedStrong existing UAE client and business networkGCC experience and network is a plusStrong networking, negotiation, commercial, and closing skillsTarget-driven, proactive, and capable of working independentlyBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldValid UAE driving licence is mandatory⭐ Priority will be given to candidates with an active UAE network and proven ability to convert leads and relationships into confirmed residential fit-out projects.What you'll get:Salary + Attractive CommissionTravel Allowance: Car + Fuel📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with a brief overview of the residential fit-out projects they have successfully secured in the UAE/GCC.
