The individual in this position will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and develop tailored proposals for digital marketing and staffing solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting service offerings, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand resource needs, aligning talent solutions with client requirements, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat business and account growth. The specialist will regularly track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to the refinement of business development strategies.Qualifications Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation.Client relationship management skills, including account management, communication, and stakeholder coordination.Staff augmentation and talent sourcing skills, such as understanding role requirements and matching candidates to client needs.Knowledge of digital marketing services and the ability to present and explain marketing solutions to clients.Strong analytical and research skills to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; presentation skills are highly valued.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; relevant experience in business development or staffing is preferred.Comfortable working on-site in Lahore and engaging with international clients across different
