The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing repair and maintenance service contracts, and building long-term partnerships with textile factories and other industrial clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities for textile and industrial equipment repair services.Build and maintain strong relationships with factory owners, engineering, maintenance, utility, and procurement teams.Identify repair and maintenance requirements for textile and industrial machinery.Generate new clients and secure service contracts, Purchase Orders (POs), and long-term business partnerships.Conduct regular factory visits and client meetings.Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.Achieve monthly and annual business targets.Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management within the Textile, Industrial Machinery, Engineering Services, Automation, or Manufacturing sector.Strong existing network within textile factories and related industries across Bangladesh.Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively for client visits.Apply mail: career@munshicorp.comSubject: Please mention “Business Development Manager – Textile & Industrial Equipment Repair” in the subject line
