Depending on your background, this could be a leadership role or a high-impact individual contributor seat — we're open to both.What You'll OwnDrive growth strategy for Gate's US stocks and equities business globallyBuild partnerships with broker-dealers, liquidity providers, market makers, fintech platforms, and institutional playersExpand affiliate, IB, KOL, and channel partner networks to grow users and trading volumeWork across product, marketing, compliance, and regional teams to execute on strategyTrack competitors, regulatory shifts, and emerging opportunities in the US equities spaceSupport go-to-market for new stock trading products and featuresLead and grow a team, or operate as a senior IC — depending on experience and fitWho We're Looking ForMust-haves:3+ years in BD, partnerships, or institutional sales within brokerage, fintech, or trading platformsStrong understanding of US equities market structure and ecosystemExisting network across brokers, market makers, fintech companies, or institutional clientsProven track record driving revenue, partnerships, or user growthFluent English; comfortable operating across global, cross-functional teamsStrong plus:Experience leading a BD or partnerships teamBackground at a global exchange, online brokerage, or fintech trading platformFamiliarity with equities, ETFs, options, margin, or multi-asset productsExperience running affiliate or IB growth programsWhy Join UsGate's scale gives you leverage most companies can't — 50M+ users and global infrastructure already in place.
