Team members contribute to high-impact projects that influence investment and corporate strategies in the Saudi market.Role DescriptionThe Business Development Manager — Valuation & Financial Advisory Services will drive the growth of client relationships and service offerings for Sanad Altaqdir in Riyadh, with a hybrid work arrangement combining office-based and remote work. Responsibilities include leading market research and outreach to identify and qualify potential clients across banking, legal, real estate, PE/VC, and corporate segments; owning the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials; and building referral relationships with banks, law firms, auditors, and other professional partners. The role involves close coordination with the valuation and advisory teams to translate service capabilities into client-ready solutions, managing and reporting on the business development pipeline through CRM and tracking tools, and leading client meetings and follow-ups from initial contact through to signed engagement. The Business Development Manager also contributes to marketing initiatives and prepares business summaries and pipeline reports for firm leadership.QualificationsProven track record in business development or sales, ideally within professional services (valuation, audit, tax, legal, investment banking, or consulting).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and market data and translate it into a compelling client narrative.Solid understanding of finance and financial services, including valuation concepts and corporate finance principles.Working knowledge of accounting practices, financial statements, and auditing standards as they relate to valuation and advisory engagements.Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory landscape relevant to valuation and advisory work, including TAQEEM, ZATCA, CMA, and REGA.An existing network — or demonstrated ability to build one quickly — among bankers, lawyers, auditors, family office advisors, or corporate finance professionals in Saudi Arabia.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client relationships and proposals in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with CRM tools and financial modeling is a plus.
