Business Development Manager — KSA Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Salary: SAR 30,000-32000 We are working with a global leader in industrial water treatment technology — a unicorn-valued business with operations across 23 countries and a client base that is 80% plus Fortune 100. They are making a serious push into KSA and need a hunter to lead it.The roleThis is a pure business development position with no inherited territory and no warm pipeline. You will be building their KSA presence from scratch, targeting oil and gas, infrastructure, data centres and EPC water projects. The company has a licensed entity in KSA and regional leadership in Abu Dhabi. You will have full backing from a world class technical and engineering team. The mandate is market penetration.What they are looking forA proven hunter who has built a sales business from the ground in KSA, not managed an existing account base.Strong knowledge across EPC water projects, industrial chemicals or offshore oil and gas systems.An established network across government, semi-government and SABIC stakeholders in KSA.Entrepreneurial and self driven, comfortable being the first and only person on the ground.Arabic is preferred but not mandatory. An expat with deep KSA market knowledge is equally welcome.
