The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manpower recruitment industry, excellent client acquisition skills, and a proven ability to develop business opportunities within the UAE market.Key Requirements3–5 years of business development experience in a manpower recruitment agency within the UAE.Abu Dhabi market experience is highly preferred.Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.Strong business network with companies across various industries in the UAE.Excellent knowledge of the UAE recruitment market, manpower outsourcing, and staffing solutions.Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful partnerships.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with companies seeking manpower and recruitment solutions.Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and negotiate service agreements.Achieve business development and sales targets.Understand client workforce requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.Maintain market knowledge and identify emerging opportunities in the UAE recruitment sector.Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients.Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure successful client delivery and satisfaction.Preferred SkillsStrong knowledge of UAE labor market and manpower outsourcing practices.Excellent networking and client engagement abilities.Self-motivated with strong sales and business growth mindset.Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results.
