This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the development of proposals and presentations. Daily activities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions, and following up on leads to convert them into long-term engagements. The Business Development Officer will manage pipelines, assist in pricing and basic financial assessments, and ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves preparing regular reports on business development activities and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies.Qualifications Strong skills in New Business Development and Customer Service, with the ability to build and sustain professional client relationships.Solid Analytical Skills and a foundational understanding of Finance to assess opportunities, pricing, and basic profitability.Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities.Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in IT services, consultancy, or related industries is an advantage.Proficiency in using CRM tools, office productivity software, and basic data analysis tools.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
