Business Development Officer

White Art Ltd Co. is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to help grow the company’s client base and secure new projects in the Fit-Out & Construction sector.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new clients, business opportunities, and project leads.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other industry contacts.Use an existing client network to generate qualified leads and secure projects.Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present the company’s services.Coordinate with the technical and tendering teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and bids.Follow up on opportunities, negotiate terms, and support projects through contract award.Monitor market activity and maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business opportunities.Work toward business development and project acquisition targets.RequirementsPrevious experience in business development or sales within Fit-Out & Construction.An established client base and strong industry connections.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.A valid driving license.Compensation: Salary plus commission on secured projects.
