Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe’re Hiring | Business Development & Operations SpecialistInside Lines Development 📍 Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Work Model: Hybrid | Full-Time | Reports directly to the General ManagerInside Lines Development is looking for a proactive, commercially minded, and highly organized Business Development & Operations Specialist to support the company’s growth across contracting, fit-out, infrastructure, and related business activities in Saudi Arabia.This is a hands-on role for someone who can identify opportunities, reach decision-makers, manage structured follow-ups, support vendor registrations and prequalification, and help build a qualified business development pipeline.Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies, projects, and potential business opportunities.
- Identify and professionally approach relevant decision-makers in Procurement, Projects, Construction, Expansion, Facilities, and Real Estate departments.
- Manage and support vendor registration and prequalification with companies, developers, government-related entities, and main contractors.
- Monitor relevant government and private-sector opportunities and prepare initial opportunity assessments.
- Assist in preparing prequalification documents, company submissions, RFQs, and administrative tender requirements.
- Manage and continuously update the company’s CRM and opportunity pipeline.
- Follow up on introductions, meetings, RFQs, quotations, and open business opportunities.
- Support business development activities related to contracting, fit-out, and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate selected operational and administrative activities related to company growth.
- Prepare clear weekly reports covering pipeline status, follow-ups, meetings, RFQs, pending actions, and next steps.Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 2–5 years of directly relevant professional experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Procurement, Vendor Management, Prequalification, Tender Support, or Business Operations.
- Valid Saudi driving license and own car — mandatory. The role includes regular client meetings and field visits.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and professional business correspondence.
- Strong research, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify, reach, and professionally communicate with business decision-makers.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a growing company environment.
- Currently legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Saudi nationals are preferred.Preferred Experience
- Contracting, construction, real estate, fit-out, facilities management, infrastructure, retail expansion, or other project-based industries.
- Vendor registration and prequalification processes.
- Government procurement platforms, including Etimad.
- CRM systems and structured sales pipeline management.
- Previous exposure to RFQs, tenders, contractor databases, or project opportunities.Employment Terms
- Full-time formal employment contract under Saudi Labor Law.
- Hybrid working model based in Jeddah — 3 days per week in the office, with client meetings and field visits as required.
- Probation period in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
- Fixed monthly compensation based on qualifications and relevant experience.
- Performance-based incentives linked to agreed KPIs and measurable results, including qualified vendor registrations and prequalifications, qualified meetings, RFQs, and business pipeline development.
