Business Development Representative

Cache is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead two parts of the business: regional development across the GCC and large multi dwelling developments in the UAE.You'll come from the integration or smart home integration side of the industry in the UAE, bring established relationships with large developers, consultants and contractors, and be excited by travelling across the region to develop our portfolio of premium AV and home automation brands.What you'll be doingLeading regional growth across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, including appointing and supporting integrator partners in each marketOwning the UAE pipeline for large multi-dwelling developments: towers, master communities and branded residencesBuilding relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, architects and interior designersGetting our brands specified early in the project lifecycle and managing the full cycle through to handoverDelivering technical proposals, presentations and product demos, in the office and on siteHitting and exceeding targetsRepresenting Cache at trade shows, industry events and networking functions across the GCCWorking closely with our technical team to ensure smooth project deliveryWhat we need from youMinimum 3 years in a sales or business development roleMinimum 3 years working directly for an integrator or smart home integration business in the UAEEstablished network across large developers, consultants and contractors in the UAEWillingness to travel regularly across the GCCHands on technical knowledge of AV and automation systems, control platforms and networking fundamentalsFluent English, spoken and writtenValid UAE driving licenceProven ability to work independently and manage a territoryProficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)Nice to haveExisting contacts in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or OmanExperience with brands such as Crestron, Control4, Savant and LutronAVIXA CTS or KNX certificationUnderstanding of MEP coordination and AV integration into construction timelinesFamiliarity with Dubai's major developers and key projectsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or equivalentWhat's on offerPerformance based commissionProfessional development and trainingAbility to grow the role How to applySend your CV and a short cover letter outlining your relevant experience and salary expectations to Apply@cache.ae
