Business Development Representative

Company Description Kairos Health is a high-growth, venture-backed startup headquartered in SF and with an office in Bangalore. We're building a "supercharged CFO" for healthcare providers in the US. We help physician owners capture every dollar for their practices by using AI agents to secure cost savings and identify missed opportunities across vendor procurement, payer contracting, and reimbursements. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Representative role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for work-from-home. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective clients, lead outbound outreach, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Daily activities include researching target markets, conducting discovery calls, presenting Kairos Health’s solutions, and coordinating product demos with the wider sales team. The role involves nurturing relationships with leads, following up on marketing campaigns, updating CRM records, and collaborating closely with the CEO to meet revenue and growth targets. The person in this role will also provide market feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and messaging.QualificationsStrong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including comfort with outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.Proven Sales and Business Development capabilities, with experience managing pipelines and meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident client-facing interaction.Ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and present solutions to diverse stakeholders.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; proficiency with standard office and collaboration software.Prior experience selling to US prospects is a must-have. Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or a B2B startup environment is an advantage.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
