Business Development Representative

Role Description The Director role at illumicell AI is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The Director will oversee strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination for key business and product initiatives. Daily responsibilities include leading teams, defining priorities, allocating resources, and monitoring performance against goals. The role involves collaborating with technical, clinical, and business stakeholders to drive product development, ensure regulatory and quality standards, and support customer adoption. The Director will also contribute to organizational growth through talent development, process improvement, and external partnerships.QualificationsLeadership and management skills, including team building, performance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.Strategic planning and execution capabilities, such as setting objectives, managing roadmaps, and aligning resources with organizational goals.Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or AI-driven products, ideally with exposure to imaging or point-of-care solutions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Background in operations, project management, or product management with a focus on process optimization and quality standards.Ability to work on-site in Pune District and coordinate with global or distributed teams as needed.Advanced degree in engineering, life sciences, healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and clinical workflows in healthcare environments is an advantage.
