About the jobWe’re expanding our Business Development team and are looking for a Business Development Specialist who is driven, proactive, and excited about building strong client relationships.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, engaging with prospects, supporting demos, and playing a key role in growing a sales pipeline within a fast-paced environment.What you’ll do:Engage with inbound and outbound leads (calls, LinkedIn, email)Support product demos and client conversationsFollow up with prospects and manage CRM updatesAssist in moving opportunities through the sales pipelineWork closely with Business Development leadershipWhat we’re looking for:Strong communication and relationship-building skillsFluent in Hindi or Urdu (English proficiency required)Confidence in outbound reach and prospectingComfortable creating and appearing in short social media videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other company platformsTarget-driven, organized, and eager to growMUST have a valid UAE driving license and access to a car.0-2 years of experience in Business Development.
