Role Description The Business Development Specialist role at BilQalam is a full-time, hybrid position based in Riyadh, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The specialist will identify new business opportunities, develop and nurture client relationships, and support the expansion of BilQalam’s handcrafted natural stone product line into new markets. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. The role also involves attending meetings and events, maintaining accurate sales and pipeline reports, and providing feedback on customer needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage inquiries, and support long-term client partnerships.Proven Lead Generation experience, including outreach, prospecting, and pipeline management.Experience in sales or business development, preferably in retail, crafts, luxury goods, or related sectors.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Riyadh and jeddah , manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools; familiarity with digital channels for outreach is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
