This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients across MESOFT’s core industries and solution offerings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings and product demonstrations, and following up on inquiries to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The specialist will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with MESOFT’s solutions, support contract negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth targets. QualificationsCandidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with stakeholders, present solutions clearly, and build long-term business relationships.Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation and Customer Service skills to create new opportunities, manage client inquiries, and maintain high satisfaction levels.Candidates should ideally have experience in business development or sales within technology, software solutions, or related industries.Candidates should hold a relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field) or equivalent professional experience.Candidates should be able to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a diverse, cross-functional team environment.
