Team members collaborate closely with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and aesthetically pleasing outcomes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Dubai. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and decoration market, including prospecting, lead qualification, and managing a pipeline of potential clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, meeting with prospective and existing clients, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. The role involves close collaboration with design and project teams to align offerings with client needs, negotiating terms, and supporting contract closures. The specialist will also track sales performance, provide regular reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and brand visibility.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess trends, competition, and opportunities.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain productive client relationships.Proven experience in Lead Generation and business development in interiors, fit-out, construction, or related industries.Ability to prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting practices.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Knowledge of the Dubai real estate and interiors market and valid eligibility to work in the UAE are advantageous.
