The team focuses on value creation and being the preferred partner for memorable, high-quality events.Role Description: The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, KSA. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and agencies, and promoting Posh Event Rentals’ products and services.Day-to-day activities include generating qualified leads, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into long-term clients. The specialist collaborates closely with operations and design teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met, supports pricing and contract negotiations, and tracks performance metrics to improve sales strategies. The role also involves attending industry events and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and support sustained business growth.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within events, hospitality, or related industries is highly beneficial.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English, presentation abilities, and professional client interaction.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.
