Team members work in a results-oriented environment that values strategic thinking and accountability.Role Description:Argo Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to drive new business, turns leads into sales, and manage client relationships.This is a full time, Khobar based role for native arabic speaking female candidates.Key Responsibilities: Convert company-provided leads into sales, find and approach new clients.Onboard new clients smoothly, act as the main client contact.Coordinate with internal teams, manage client relationships and follow-ups.Requirements:Fluent Arabic and English, both spoken and written (Arabic should be 1st language)Understanding of IT and digital marketing servicesStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProfessional, organized, proactive, and results orientedComfortable dealing with decision makers and senior stakeholdersSaudi market experience preferredCandidates should possess Market Research skills to assess industry trends, competitors, and target segments.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships and support client needs.Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within an agency or B2B environment.Proficiency with CRM software and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email platforms).Khobar based, Valid Iqama is must. Driving license is a plus
