Neighbour Express is focused on efficient, customer-centered logistics and ongoing growth in the Canadian market.What You’ll DoIdentify and develop new business customers through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and local market outreachBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified sales leadsUnderstand customer shipping requirements and introduce suitable shipping servicesPresent platform features, shipping options and approved pricing programsGuide approved customers through account registration, initial funding and onboardingMaintain regular follow-up with prospective and newly onboarded customersCoordinate with Operations and Customer Service regarding onboarding, shipping and account-related questionsCoordinate with Finance regarding account balances, billing and collection mattersMaintain accurate lead, customer and follow-up records in the company’s CRM systemFollow the company’s customer-claim and account-approval process before opening or developing an accountWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in business development, outside sales, account acquisition or customer-facing rolesExperience in logistics, parcel delivery, e-commerce, SaaS or transportation is an assetStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsComfortable with cold outreach and developing customers from the ground upOrganized, self-motivated and able to manage a sales pipeline independentlyAble to meet customers in person when requiredLegally authorized to work in Canada
