🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist – Testing & Technical ServicesWe are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to develop and grow our specialized electrical testing and engineering services business in the UAE.Key Services to Develop• Power Quality Analysis & Harmonic Studies• Energy Audits & Energy Monitoring• Electrical Thermography / Thermal Imaging• Electrical Testing & Diagnostic Services• Load Studies & Demand Analysis• Harmonics / THD / THDi Assessment• Active Harmonic Filter related opportunities• Electrical system performance and compliance studiesKey Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial and facility-management sectors.• Generate leads and arrange meetings with potential clients.• Approach factories, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, FM companies, consultants and contractors.• Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team to prepare suitable proposals.• Develop relationships with facility managers, electrical engineers, maintenance managers, consultants and decision-makers.• Conduct regular client visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals.• Build a strong sales pipeline for testing and technical services.• Maintain records of leads, meetings, opportunities and follow-ups.• Support marketing activities through LinkedIn, email campaigns and direct client outreach.• Work towards monthly and quarterly business-development targets.Candidate Profile• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Technical Sales preferred.• Experience in Electrical, MEP, Energy, Facility Management, Testing & Commissioning or related industries will be an advantage.• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.• Ability to independently generate leads and develop new accounts.• Basic understanding of electrical systems is preferred but not mandatory.• UAE market knowledge and existing industry contacts will be an advantage.• UAE driving licence preferred.What We’re Looking ForWe are particularly looking for someone who can build this service division, not simply wait for incoming enquiries.The right candidate should be proactive, comfortable with cold outreach and client meetings, and capable of developing long-term relationships that generate repeat testing and consultancy opportunities.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Position: Full-Time📩 Interested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or send their CV with the subject “Business Development Specialist – Testing Services.”
