We're also producing Secret Menu Society YouTube Series, our own food video series — and we need someone to get restaurants on board for both.Company DescriptionPleny is a social network built for food lovers, bringing together foodies, content creators, and restaurants in one dynamic platform. Users can discover new dishes and cuisines, follow food bloggers, explore top-rated and emerging restaurants, and order food directly through the app. Pleny emphasizes community, enabling people to share recipes, reviews, photos, videos, and food experiences in engaging and interactive ways. By combining social features with discovery and ordering, Pleny aims to simplify the food experience and reduce the need to switch between multiple apps. The company is focused on disrupting the food industry with a social, impactful, and user-centered approach.The roleYou'll be on the phone every day talking to restaurant owners and managers across UAE. Not cold-selling software — you're offering them a spot on a platform their customers already use, and a video shoot that puts their food in front of thousands of people. Your job is to get them interested, get them to yes, and then agree and lock in the shoot details: date, dishes, timings, who's on camera.What you'll be doingCalling and following up with restaurants across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah — high volume, every day.Pitching Pleny and the Yestahel video series in Arabic or English, whichever the person on the other end prefers.Coordinating shoot plans with restaurant teams and our production side.Keeping every conversation, objection, and next step logged in our CRM.Walking into venues when a call isn't enough.What we're looking forFully fluent in Arabic and English — both, spoken and written. This is non-negotiable; you'll switch between them mid-call.Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience — we'll teach you the rest.Comfortable picking up the phone and hearing "no" ten times before you hear "yes".Organized enough to run 30 open conversations without losing track of any of them.Based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah with a valid UAE residence visa (or transferable).Genuine interest in food, restaurants, and content — you should actually care about this industry.Nice to haveExperience in F&B, sales, events, or influencer/content coordination.UAE driving license.An existing network of restaurant contacts in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.Why joinEarly-stage company, real ownership of your pipeline, direct access to the founders, and a role where your results are visible from week one.
